About Us

My mother and I are a team. I work in the shop all week and mom works on Saturday with me. When mom retires in a few years she will then join me at the shop during the week. After driving to Kansas City 120 a miles a day for 11 years I was getting a little over whelmed and bored, so I embarked on a new adventure dragging my mother behind me. We both take great pride in making our homes and landscaping look great. Our décor taste is a little different but we both love cottages of all kinds and love all the holidays so we opened Cottage of the Seasons to make a living at what we love doing. Our shop has been open almost a year now and we have loved every minute of it. After being open for 11 months we decided to buy a bigger building that was only a few doors down from where we were.
